Everything I sell is digital and yours to use in your own business. Try it, and if it did not do what I said within 7 days, I will refund you.
Who you're buying from.
The Startup Mom is run by Homewell LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. By using this site or buying something here, you are agreeing to what is on this page.
What you're buying.
Everything I sell is digital: guides, courses, templates, systems, and community access. When you buy, you get a personal license to use it. Yours to use, for your own business, for as long as it exists.
What that license does not include: reselling it, giving it away, posting it publicly, sharing your login, teaching it as your own, or feeding it into a product you sell. If you want to use something with your own clients or audience, just ask me. The answer is often yes.
Tools I don't sell you.
The Content Crafting Engine and the Reels Editing Engine are built to run inside Claude, and the Reels engine exports to CapCut. Those are separate companies with separate subscriptions, and you will need active accounts with them for the engines to work.
Their pricing and their features are theirs to change, not mine. I will tell you plainly on every sales page what is required before you buy.
About paying.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. One-time purchases are charged once. The community is a monthly subscription that renews on its own until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account, which stops the next charge.
On refunds.
Do the work, and if it did not deliver what I said it would, email me and I will refund you.
Here is what that means in practice. Open it, work through it, actually put it to use. If you do that within 7 days and it still did not do what I promised on the sales page, email [email protected] and I will send your money back. The risk is mine, not yours.
I do ask that you gave it a real try first. If it is still sitting unopened, email me anyway and tell me what got in the way. Often I can help, and that is a better outcome for both of us than a refund.
The community works differently, because it is a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. I do not refund the month you are already in.
What I'm not promising.
I will be straight with you here, because this is the part that matters most.
I show you real numbers from my own accounts and from real students. Those are real results, and they are not a promise that you will get the same ones. What you get out of this depends on your work, your niche, your consistency, and things neither of us controls. I am not guaranteeing you income, followers, brand deals, or sales.
Nothing I sell is financial, legal, tax, or business advice for your specific situation. I am a mom who built something and is showing you how. For decisions with real money or legal consequences on the line, talk to a professional who knows your situation.
In the community.
The community has its own guidelines, and joining means following them. The short version: share your work, do not pitch it, keep what is shared inside, be kind.
I can remove anyone who makes the room worse for everyone else, and if I remove you for breaking the guidelines, that is without a refund.
What's mine.
The words, videos, designs, templates, systems, and the name The Startup Mom are mine. Buying access is not buying ownership.
What you make with my systems, your own reels, your own scripts, your own offers, is entirely yours. I have no claim on your work.
The site itself.
I try to keep everything accurate and online. I cannot promise the site never goes down, never has a typo, or never has a broken link. If something is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my responsibility to you for anything connected to these products is limited to what you paid me for them.
Ending it.
You can stop using any of this whenever you want, and cancel a subscription from your account. I can end access if someone breaks these terms, charges back a purchase, or shares paid material.
Where this is governed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
If this changes.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Keeping your account or staying in the community after that means you are good with the new version.
